These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The Imperfects’ Vulnerabilitea House Cards for Men giveaway (“Giveaway”). This Giveaway is organised by The Imperfects Podcast Pty Ltd (“Organisers”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to adhere to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
This giveaway competition is open to Australian residents only.
Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of the Organisers, sponsors, and their affiliated companies, as well as any individuals involved in the production or distribution of the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway begins on Monday 17 November 2025 at 7:00 am and ends Tuesday 25 November 2025 at 9:00 am (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.
To participate in the Giveaway, you must:
Provide a valid email address.
Subscribe to The Imperfects’ my imperfect email newsletter.
One additional entry will be granted per person for each additional subscriber they successfully refer to the newsletter, through the 'my imperfect email’ referral program (“Referral Program”).
The prize consists of one (1) x Vulnerabilitea House Card Set for Men, valued at AU$35, with delivery included. Not redeemable for cash or transferable outside of the recipient awarded.
Fives (5) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The winners will be notified via the provided email address within five (5) working days of the Giveaway Period’s conclusion.
The winners must claim the prize by responding to the notification within five (5) working days from the date of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge that the email newsletter list is managed by The Imperfects.
Your email address will be shared with The Imperfects solely for the purpose of subscribing you to the email newsletter and delivering relevant information.
By participating in the Giveaway, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information, including your name and email address, by the Organisers for administering the Giveaway and contacting the winners.
The Organisers will handle your personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws. For more details on how your personal information will be used and protected, please refer to The Imperfects’ Privacy Policy.
The Organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless the Organisers, sponsors, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the use or acceptance of any prize.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
